Unable to log water

i tried logging my water and  this morning it wouldnt work, so i signed out and deleted the app to refresh and still wont work

I'm sorry that you're unable to log water in the Fitbit app and thanks for the troubleshooting steps tried prior posting. It's odd that you're having this issue and just to confirm, are you receiving an error message when trying to log? If so, could you please take a screenshot and attach it in your reply? Does the same happen when logging weight, food or exercises? Also, please provide me with your iPhone's model and OS version to further investigate.

Thanks for joining this thread sharing that you're not able to log your details. Let's work on this together. Before anything else let me share that our team recently released a new version for the Fitbit app, so please make sure to update it to the latest version. Once this is done, give a try to the following steps:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app on your phone.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your Fitbit account.
  5. Try logging your details one more time.
