Hi! Thanks to Fitbit first of all for bringing a positive and healthy change in our daily lives.
I am using a Charge 2. Today, I faced an issue. I am unable to login to my iPhone 6 mobile application. I have a stable internet connection through cellular data as well as WIFI. I tried using other applications on my cell phone, all of which require data either through the cellular network or WIFI and they all work just fine.
I have re-installed the Fitbit iOS mobile application and tried to log in. I just see a "Logging in" and it appears to be getting processed but nothing happens for hours and hours together. I tried changing the password, which got changed successfully. I tried to log in through the changed password but the issue persists.
I have tried all these permutations/combinations using cellular data and WIFI, but nothing seems to help.
Please help.

Same here and now having sync issues. Thought it was me. Flex2 also not keeping charge now. Ugh!

Hello @Nilay, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's nice to have you on board! It's nice to see you around too @Sheri59.
If you're not able to log in to the Fitbit app, please go to your phone settings > general > date & time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled. This usually solves this problem.
