Fitbit One not syncing with iPad.

I've had this problem since yesterday. Tried deleting app and reinstalling, restarting iPad. Logging onto account through web page instead of app nothing has worked. I've just taken my Fitbit of the app and tried to reconnect and the app can't find it. Bluetooth is on, no other Bluetooth devices connected. Basically everything was fine and then they stopped talking to each other. App just says 'looking' and can't make connection.

Help!

Having tried restarting the iPad without any luck I would try restarting the fitbit using this procedure:

Give it a few tries though as it doesn't always work.

Hello @S.bee, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! It's nice to see you around too @SteveH, thanks for your insight on this issue. Smiley Happy

@S.bee, If you have already restarted your tracker as @SteveH mentioned, but your tracker is still not pairing up with the Fitbit account, I would like to suggest the following:

  1. Plug in your tracker and leave it charging.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi signal (or cellular data) and that no other Bluetooth devices are around, as they might interfere with the setup process
  4. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  5. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
