Trying to log in to the Fitbit app, but it continually spins and finally “times out.” Username and password are correct, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the updated app on my iPhone 8. Same problem occurs each time.

Hello @Cara16, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate you have brought this situation to my attention and for having already tried to resolve this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the app and for checking that your password is correct. At this moment I would like to ask you to try the following:
- Turn off WiFi, then try to log in. If you're able to, turn on WiFi again.
- Check that your WiFi network doesn't have any kind of filter or block (child-blocks might affect the Fitbit app)
- Try connecting to a different WiFi to log in to your account.
