Flex 2 will not sync. Reinstall app. Phone will sync for other wireless applications

Hello @Shaneliford, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @ACG, thanks for your insight and help.
@Shaneliford, thanks for sharing your experience with us and let me know about the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, if you have already tried the steps listed in the link provided by @ACG and your Flex 2 is still not syncing, my best recommendation would be setting up your Flex 2 as a new device to reset the connection between the tracker and your phone. Don't worry, your Flex 2 can store up to 7 days of detailed information and the data already synced in your account won't be deleted.
To set up your Flex 2 as a new device:
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
- When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
- When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.
