I have had my Fitbit Alta HR for about two months, working perfectly together with my iPhone 7. The suddenly it stopped syncing 10 pm last night. I have tried all the trubleshooting on the web site and on this Community but it still does not work. I removed the device from the app and now it can not find it again.
Anyone with a similar problem or a suggested solution?

Hello @Maja67, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to see new faces around.
Thanks for letting me know about the steps you've performed in order for your tracker to sync again with your phone. As you have removed the tracker from your account and the app is unable to find it again I would like to suggest the following:
- Restart your Alta HR and leave it plugged in and charging.
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
- Restart your phone.
- Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal
- Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the set up process.
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
