Hello!
I switch on bluetooth on Iphone 7 but it can`t find device BackBeat Fit power blue (headphones are turn on also). Resetting phone and headphones didn`t help.
Bluetooth module on Iphone 7 work correctly, `cause it can find another devices.
Previously I`ve paired BackBeat Fit with another phone (Meizu 5) and it had worked correctly. So with Meizu 5 it can pair and work correctly now.
When I try to pair headphones with Iphone 7 I unpair it with Meizu moreover I turn off Meizu.
I didn`t install any app`s on both phones to sync with headphones.
Could you please help me with some instruction what to do with it?

Hi, @Nikolay712! I'm not sure which headphones you're dealing with, but these are the discussion boards for Fitbit products. The only wireless headphones Fitbit has are the Fitbit Flyers. I would suggest finding the product forums or contacting customer support for your headphones, not here.
