Unable to pair Charge 2 with iPhone 6.

I got a new charge 2 pebble from amazon.  Tried syncing it, no success.  Went through troubleshooting with customer service, and they had me send it back for a replacement.  Replacement isn’t working either.  Tried customer service again, and she said there is a case with charge 2’s not being compatible with some iPhone 6 models. I entered into the case file, but was only offered a 50% promotional code for a different product, when the current pebble is returned.  Any suggestions!

Hello @005976, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note the iPhone 6 is listed as a compatible device and you should be able to set up your Charge 2 with it as long as your phone is running iOS 10 or later.

Now, if you're having trouble setting your device up, I would like to suggest you the following:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal and that there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
  3. Restart your Charge 2, then leave it plugged in and charging.
  4. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet and try to set up again.
  5. If you can't set up after the reboot, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet and try to set up the Charge 2 one more time.

I wish it worked for me! I’ve tried every troubleshooting possible and customer service said that it was only an issue with “some.”
