Unable to pair Charge 2 with iPhone 7

it’s already a week that i tried all the ways to pair my charge 2 with iphone 7 and i couldn’t pair it up .

when my bluetooth is in turned on mode i’m not able see charge 2 in that list.

 

Please help me out

Please note that Fitbit trackers do not pair nor sync directly through the Bluetooth on your phone, they use the Fitbit app to perform this operations. At this moment I would like to suggest you the following steps:

 

  1. Restart your Charge 2
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  4. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

Please make sure you have a strong WiFi signal and that no other Bluetooth devices are around at the time to the setup process.
