I'm not able to pair my charge 2 to my iPhone 8. I've done all the steps it has asked, plus erased the fitbit app and restarted my phone. Anything else you can suggest?

Hello @brooked93, I hope you're doing well, it's great to have you on board.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, have you restarted your Charge 2 as well? If so, I would like to suggest you the following:
- Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal.
- Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
- Update the OS on your phone if you haven't done it yet.
If your tracker is still not setting up properly, please try the following:
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
- In case you reach a point where you're asked to input a 4-digit code and the app gets stuck, force-quit the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swipe up the app, then open the app again and tap on Account and check if your tracker is showing up under your name.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
