Hi,
When i connect my Fitbit Charge 2 HR with my iphone, i can just reach the Pairing window and once I enter the code displayed on the tracker, it doesnt go thru. Just says "Connecting to Fitbit.."forever.
Tried restarting the phone and tracker but still doesnt work.
Help pls

Have you tried to restart your tracker and your phone lately? If so, I would like to suggest you the following before trying to set up your tracker again:
