Just changed phone from iPhone 6 to IPhone X and it No longer syncs with my Charge 3. Say I have to pair but cant find an instruction on how to. Heeeelp 😢

Okay - apparantly when you delete the device on the phone - the THIRD time - it works 😂😂😂

Hi @Laekkermus. Welcome to the Forums. I'm sorry for the delay.

 

Congrats on your new iPhone X and thanks for taking the time to work on this on your own. I'm glad that you got your Charge 3 to pair again. For future references when using a different device to sync your tracker, instead of going through the set up process you'll only need to remove it from the old device's Bluetooth settings. Then sync and set up the notifications on your new phone so you can be prompt to pair your tracker via Bluetooth.
