I can’t sync my HR to my phone. I enter the code, i can see it pairs under my Bluetooth paired devices but the app doesn’t progress further and stays on connecting

Have you checked that your phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

Hello @Dunn177, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you around too @SteveH, thanks for your insight about this situation. Smiley Happy

@Dunn177, after checking if your phone is compatible as @SteveH mentioned, please try the following in case your tracker is still not able to be set up:

  • Restart your Charge HR, then plug it in and make sure it's charging
  • Restart your phone.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds, then turn back on.
  • Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal
  • Make sure there are no no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.

Then, try to set up your tracker once again:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  4. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
