hi
for some reason my fitbit doesnt show up in my phones blutooth when i try to pair it,ive removed and added the device and also deleted the app and restarted my iphone.
any help?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Please note that your Fitbit device will not sync nor pair through the Bluetooth settings on your phone, but through the Fitbit app. Also, the device will not show up listed unless you enable Notifications or All-day Sync.
Tell me, are you having trouble syncing your Fitbit device or setting it up with your account? Would it be possible for you to reply to me with more details about your issue? That will be very helpful.
