Hi @Waleedkhalaf. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Congrats on your new Inspire and let me help you to connect it to Bluetooth. Before anything else, let me explain that you'll need to set up your Inspire to a Fitbit account before pairing it via Bluetooth. Since your iPhone 11 has been confirmed to be compatible device, let's try the following:

  1. Make sure to turn off any Bluetooth connection that you have nearby. This is to prevent any interference.
  2. Fully charge your Inspire and place it next to your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app, tap on Log In and enter your email address and password. (If you don't have an account, tap on Join and enter your personal information).
  4. Choose your Inspire from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.
  5. Then proceed with the firmware update.
  6. Once you're done, accept the prompt to pair via Bluetooth.

If you see an error message, take a screenshot of what it's displayed and attach it in your reply with the instructions posted here.

I'll look forward to your reply.

Hi @Waleedkhalaf. It's great to see you here.

You're welcome. Thanks to you for trying the suggestions from my post as well for confirming that you created your account successfully. Just to confirm, did you get an error message during the set up process? Or was the error message related to the Bluetooth connection? I'm also wondering if the Fitbit app was installed and updated directly from the App store and not from an unknown source.

Let's try something different. Please turn off your iPhone 11's Bluetooth, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, turn back On the Bluetooth, open the Fitbit app and try the set up process one more time.

Let me know how it goes.
