Hi, I have an Iphone 5s, and my fitbit was connected and syncing properly for over two months, and suddenly today my phone couldn't find it. I removed to the device to see if repairing it would help. I restarted the fitbit and now my phone can find the device but it won't finish the connect step. I have tried turning the bluetooth on and off, turning my phone on and off, and deleting and reinstalling the fitbit app, to no avail. Please help me. This is the first major issue I've had with Fitbit and I don't want to hate it.

Hello @IndiGoober, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participationin the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. After that, open the Fitbit app and try to set up your Charge 3 as a new device.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome!
