I have deleted the device added the device - deleted app added app turned on and off Bluetooth - my Bluetooth is still searching for my Fitbit

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing the troubleshooting steps you've tried in order to resolve this issue. Please note that your Charge 2 does not sync nor pair through the Bluetooth Settings on your phone but through the Fitbit app. With that said, if you're having trouble setting up, please try the following:
