This seems like a very odd situation, would it be possible for you to go to your challenge, then tap on Options, scroll down and check if Quit Challenge is showing up there? If not, please take a screenshot of the Fitbit app and reply to me with it so I can check this further.

I appreciate you have replied with the screenshot of your challenge, at this moment I would like to ask you to try the following:

 

  • Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. If this doesn't seem to work, please:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

Additionally, please go to your phone Settings > General > Accessibility and make sure Button Shapes is disabled.
