Why can’t I read my private messages in my app on my phone? I used to be able to. Now when someone sends me a private message I have to go online to read it

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. At this moment it's not possible to see messages you're sending to people, these are only visible for the recipient of the message. This has been very recently discussed with the relevant teams within Fitbit and is not currently on our development roadmap. I understand that this will be frustrating but I wanted to share that update with you.

I think she means that message inbox is blank. The same thing has been happening with mine also. I will receive a notification that I have a private message, but once inbox is opened, there are no messages whatsoever. Mine will eventually load- last night they loaded messages from the past 14 days.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, at this moment I would like to ask you to update the Fitbit app if you haven't yet. If you're still experiencing this issue after updating the app, please take a screenshot of the notification coming on your phone and one screenshot of what you're able to see in your inbox afterwards, that will be very helpful for me to check this further.
