Hello @Sandra84, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. ![]()
If you have already restarted your Charge 2 and in case you still have your old phone at hand, I would like to suggest going to your old phone's Bluetooth settings and removing the Charge 2 from the paired devices. Then, please go to your iPhone settings > notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:
Additionally, please make sure the tracker is not currently in the "Do Not Disturb" mode by pressing down the button for 2 seconds while on the clock screen. A message and a vibration will let you know if "Do Not Disturb" has been turned on or off.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. ![]()

Hello @Sandra84, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply and letting me know your issue has now been resolved, I'm really glad. ![]()
At this moment it's not possible to receive Whatsapp notifications in the Charge 2 when using an iPhone. I understand how important this is for you, which is why I would encourage you to check @Hithere1's suggested idea to implement this feature in a future update. Feel free to add your vote and comment, this is the best way to make your voice heard.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply. ![]()
