Hi,

My charge 3 doesn’t show calendar, email and viber notifications (iphone gets it). I have checked everything, but nothing changes.

Hello @SunsetRunner, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing with us your experience. I understand you have already enabled Notifications by checking them in the Fitbit app, so at this moment I would like to suggest you to press and hold the button while on the clock screen. then, for Fitbit Pay-enabled trackers, swipe left to access the quick settings screen. Make sure Notifications are ON. If they are, my best recommendation is to reset Notifications from the Fitbit app following these steps:

- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and tap on tracker. Then tap on Forget this Device.

- Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.

- Open the app again and tap on Account > Your Tracker > Notifications. You will receive the following Pop-up:

- Then, once you tap on Set Up, the app will begin setting up your tracker with the Bluetooth on your phone, which will prompt the next pop-up:

- Tap Pair

- Once you get back to the tracker options, tap on Notifications an enable the ones you'd like to receive.

Additionally, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and Settings > Notifications > Messages and check that the following is enabled:

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you please feel free to reply.

Hi, this procedure definitely worked, but I have to say I’m disappointed because I have only had this device for 4 days and I have lost notifications twice already and have had to go through the troubleshooting procedure both times. I’m considering returning it if I have to do this almost daily.

I chose this device over an Apple Watch because I’ve been so happy with my FitBits in the past (this is my 3rd one). I’m reconsidering right now...

Hello @kroll1113 and @Wifeofwashburn thanks for joining the conversation, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @JulesBruce, I hope you're doing well. Smiley Happy

@kroll1113, I appreciate you have joined us and let us know the troubleshooting steps provided earlier were helpful for you, I'm very glad.

@JulesBruce and @Wifeofwashburn, if you're still having trouble receiving Notifications and if you have a Charge 3 / Versa / Ionic / Blaze / Surge or Charge 2, please make sure your device is not currently in the Do Not Disturb mode:

  • Blaze—Hold the top right button for 3 seconds.
  • Charge 2—On the clock screen, press and hold the button.
  • Charge 3—On the clock screen, press and hold the button. For Fitbit Pay-enabled trackers, swipe left to access the quick settings screen. Make sure Notifications are on.
  • Ionic & Versa—From the clock screen, hold the back button and then swipe to the quick settings screen. Make sure Notifications is set to On.
  • Surge—Swipe the touchscreen until you get to the Settings menu, then find Notifications.

If you have already checked this, please let us know exactly which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far as this will be very helpful for us to determine what we should do next.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.
