Hi,
Anyone else having this? You see you have a red dot for a notification in the app but there are no new notifications? I’m finding the Fitbit app acting strange for the past month. Even tracking sleep. Before the new iOS update it was working like a charm but now it’s jusy not the same. I’m going to try deleting my app and reinstall, maybe that will help?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for bringing this to our attention. If you have already checked that no Notifications or Messages are pending in the Notifications tab and the red dot is still showing up, please try the following:
- Force-quit the app and open it again.
- Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
If these steps don't work, please uninstall and reinstall the app, making sure you sync one last time before uninstalling it.

After the latest iOS update, I'm experiencing the same issue. I've tried the recommended solutions including logging out of the app, uninstalling, reinstalling, still no fix. Any other solutions?
