Today my fitbit was calculating each half km as a km so steps were 7.3 but k's 8.8km (approximate) before I synced it I knew I had only walked 4km

Hello @RaeRae18, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Which tracker are you currently using? Was the exercise auto-detected or did you started it from the device itself? Was it a GPS exercise? This information and a screenshot will be very helpful for us to check this futher. In the meantime, restart your device and monitor it for the next few days.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

Hello @RaeRae18, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have come back and let us know the issue is related to connected GPS activities. Tell me, by any chance are you tracking your activity with another app at the same time you're tracking it with your Versa? Would it be possible for you to reply with a screenshot of the exercises affected? This will be very helpful for us to check this further and determine what we should do next. Additionally, please walk us through the process you follow when you start a connected GPS activity from your watch; this will be very helpful as well.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting for your next reply.

Hello @RaeRae18, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply and thanks for including the screenshots requested. Smiley Happy

At this moment, please note that the distance from your exercises is only a fraction of your overall distance for the day. As you continue walking, the daily distance will also take in consideration the steps you've taken that wasn't added to a specific activity. Nevertheless, I will forward the information you have provided to our team so they can take a better look at this situation, once we have more to share with you, we'll make sure to update this thread accodingly.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I hope you have a great day.
