i haven’t been able to get notifications since the 18th june 2018 can someone please tell me why i’ve been on lots of forums and  no one knows why

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that in-app Notifications were removed some time ago (June 2018) as it was heavily requested by users and people in general. Now, you will only receive goal-step notificaitons as push notifications in your phone. 

 

Now, when it comes to messages on the Fitbit app? Are you referring to messages sent to you through the Fitbit app or text messages in your phone not reaching your Fitbit device? Would it be possible for you to elaborate a bit more so we can check this further?
