Unable to receive Notifications on new iPhone

I just got a new iphone.  I restored my old settings on the new phone so the fitbit was uploaded.  It syncs fine and it shows my steps but I do not get any text messages or phone calls that come through on the fitbit.  I was wondering if there is something I need to do with having a new phone.

Thanks

Hello @tenisbabe, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this situation to my attention. If you still have your old phone around I'd like to suggest you the following:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your old phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Then, go to your new phone, tap on the Fitbit app > Your tracker > Notifications and enable them.
  3. A pop-up will appear asking you to "pair" your tracker with your phone, please do.

Additionally, please go to your new phone Settings> Notification > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:

  • Allow Notifications
  • Show on Lock Screen
  • Show in History.

If after trying these steps you're still unable to get Notifications, please let me know so I can check this further. Thanks for your patience, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
