I have tried all steps that Fitbit says to try and my my notifications are still not showing up. They said it could have something to do with the iOS system my phone is using. 11.4.1

Hello @BreeT, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!
I appreciate you have reported this issue affecting Notifications to me. Tell me, are you not receiving Notifications in the Fitbit app or in your Fitbit device? If you're not getting them in your Fitbit device, which one are you currently using? Have you restarted it and your phone already? If so, please try the steps listed on my post and let me know how it goes.
If you're not able to receive Notifications in the Fitbit app under the Notifications tab, please note that due to feedback provided by our users, these Notifications are no longer showing up here. The only way to get these notifications are showing up is as push notification on your phone.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Hello. I have the ionic. I am not getting notifications on the device. I have checked all the settings, reset both, logged out and back in, paired and unpaired, and anything else I’ve seen to try. They’re telling me it’s more than likely the software on my phone causing the issue and at this time they don’t have any other suggestions.

Hello @BreeT, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply!
I appreciate you have come back and let me know the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far. At this moment I would like to ask you to check if your Ionic is not currently in the Do Not Disturb mode by pressing down the button on the left for 2 seconds, on this new menu swipe left and make sure Notifications are ON. After that, check if you get them. Then, go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:
If you're still not getting Notifications, restart your Ionic again by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
Finally, if nothing works, my best recommendation would be setting up your Ionic as a new device to reset the connection between the phone and the watch. Don't worry, none of the information already stored in your account will be deleted.
To set up your Ionic as a new device:
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
