I just got an Iphone 8 and I can get the ap to sync to my charge hr, but I am not receiving call notifications. When I watch the bluetooth when the ap is closed the bluetooth connection is losted. When a call is received an the ap is open the bluetooth connection is lost.
This is what I have tried. I shut off my bluetooth and closed the fitbit ap. I restarted my fitbit, restarted my bluetooth and then opened the ap and synced the charge HR. I then tried to call my phone and still no notification. I uninstalled the ap, with no luck. I even logged off my old phone and deleted the ap from that phone and then repeated the steps above with no luck. What do I need to do?
Thank you,
Christy

Hello @ChristyWern, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate you have reported this situation to me and for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, I would like to ask you to restart Notifications through the Fitbit app following these steps:
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and tap on tracker. Then tap on Forget this Device.
- Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.
- Open the app again and tap on Account > Your Tracker > Notifications. You will receive the following Pop-up:
- Then, once you tap on Set Up, the app will begin setting up your tracker with the Bluetooth on your phone, which will prompt the next pop-up:
- Tap Pair
- Once you get back to the tracker options, tap on Notifications an enable the ones you'd like to receive.
Additionally, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and Settings > Notifications > Messages and check that the following is enabled:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
