Hello @sasdau, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Which tracker are you currently using? If you have a Charge 2, please make sure your tracker is not currently on the "Do Not Disturb" mode by pressing down the button on the side for 2 seconds, a vibration and a message will let you know if "Do Not Disturb" has been turned on or off.

If you have any other tracker or if you have already tried this, please go to your phone settings and make sure "Do Not Disturb" is disabled, then go to Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:

  • Allow Notifications.
  • Show in Notification Center
  • Show on Lock Screen.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

This is still not working for me and it did until recently:

Fitbit:
  • Notifications On
 iPhone 10 iOS = 11.2.1:
  • I have said forget device and then re-paired it
  • Notifications:
    • Allow Notifications ON
    • Sounds ON
    • Badge App Icon ON
    • Show on Lock Screen ON
    • Show in History ON
    • Show as Banner ON, Persistent

Hello @RickSUser and @MD_5, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, thanks for joining the conversation. Smiley Happy

Thanks for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you have tried in order to try to resolve this issue. At this moment I would like to suggest you to please follow these steps in order to reset Notifications on your phone and tracker:

- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and tap on Charge 2. Then tap on Forget this Device.

- Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.

- Open the app again and tap on Account > Charge 2 > Notifications. You will receive the following Pop-up:

BTPairing.jpg

 - Then, once you tap on Set Up, the app will begin setting up your tracker with the Bluetooth on your phone, which will prompt the next pop-up

  • BTPairing2.jpg

- Tap on Pair.

Once the process is finished you can go back and tap on Account > Charge 2 > Notifications and select the ones you'd like to receive.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Just upgraded my iphone 6 to 8 and was not able to get phone & message notifications with/vibration. I tried ALL these steps at least 20 times but, I think I got the "order" right the last time and ALL is working well now.

1, Remove your fitbit device from the App. ( mine is an Alta)

2. Next delete the fitbit app from your phone.

3. Turn your phone off (for 5 mins)

4. Restart your fitbit using the USB charger with the button on the connector (it took me a few tries to get it to restart. If you do it right you will see the fitbit logo pop up while it reboots

5, Turn your phone back on

6.download fitbit app back on your phone

7.add your fitbit into the app and pair

8. Be sure all toggles and settings are On.

This Worked for me hope it works for others!

I have done all of this multiple times with my Blaze and no notifications come through at all. This shouldn't be this difficult if it's truly a working feature.
