I'm not receiving notifications on watch for texts and calls? But all set up correctly?

Hello @Bud33, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Since when are you experiencing this situation? Which tracker are you currently using? If you're using a Charge 2, make sure the tracker is not currently in the Do Not Disturb mode by pressing the button on the side for 2 seconds while on the clock face. A vibration and a message will let you know if Notifications have been turned on or off.

If that's not the case or if you're using another Fitbit tracker, let's restart Notifications on your device:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is listed under the Paired Devices list. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Restart your tracker.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, then on the Account icon on the top right corner.
  5. Tap on your tracker, then on Notifications and enable them once again.

Additionally, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:

  • Allow Notifications
  • Show in Notification Center
  • Show on Lock Screen.
  • Alert Style set to Banners or Alerts.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
