Hello @QueenKat85, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Which tracker are you currently using? Are you able to receive text or call Notifications? If so, I would like to suggest you to restart your tracker, then go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices; if it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then, go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Your Tracker > Notifications and enable Mail Notifications.

Now, when it comes to setting up WiFi, this feature is only available on the Fitbit Ionic, if you are currently wearing one, please check the following article: How do I connect my Fitbit Watch to WiFi? for further instructions.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I got the email to work with a lot of removing of the app and reinstalling BUT I still can’t figure out how to add WiFi to it when at home, because it’s not an option on the actual app? I have iPhone 7 Plus

Hello @QueenKat85, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

I was checking your profile and noticed you currently have a Blaze. The reason you're not able to see the WiFi option in the Fitbit app is because, as mentioned above, this feature is only for the Fitbit Ionic and not for the Blaze. I sincerely apologize for the confusion.

I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else I can help you with, please don't hesitate to reply.
