My fitbit charge 3 stopped getting calls and any WhatsApp messages Sunday or early Monday. I only got calendar reminders. I have tried all the online suggestions and nothing works. 😠
Please give me instructions on how to get my Charge 3 vibrating when I have a call and when receiving a text message. Thanks.

I’m beyond annoyed. Mine receives no alerts except calendar. I’m ready to buy an Apple Watch

I found out my problem is under Notifications>Messages>Options>Show Previous.
I have mine under never because I dont like my messages to be display on my phone since anyone can see it. This is now also affecting my fitbit because it is not allowing it to vibrate when I get a text message

Hey all I think i just solved the problem at least for my issue in the upgrade to IOS 13. I went into the bluetooth menu and clicked on the little "i" next to connected on the Charge 3 device. In the past the only option i had was to forget this device, i now noticed that there is system notification line and my "Share System Notifications" was turned off. I turned on and now all notifications going through. Don't know if this helps for all but thought i'd share....

Check this out: I finally got my blaze working with ios 13 and iphone 7 by enabling background app refresh in settings>fitbit. It was disabled. I had tried all the other suggestions before which didnt work (maybe they helped) but this seemed to get it working again for now.

In Bluetooth settings, click on the “i” for the information and make sure the “Share system notifications” is on. This fixed it on my FitBit Charge 3.

NOTHING has worked for me and it’s one of the main features I liked about the Versa.
