Unable to receive notifications with iOS 13 beta

My fitbit charge 3 stopped getting calls and any WhatsApp messages Sunday or early Monday. I only got calendar reminders. I have tried all the online suggestions and nothing works. 😠

Please give me instructions on how to get my Charge 3 vibrating when I have a call and when receiving a text message. Thanks.

Nope! I got a phone call notification telling me I was on the phone. Other than that...nothing

I am also getting an "active call" buzz notification when I start a phone call, which is annoying and useless. Does anybody know how to turn this off, while still keeping incoming call notifications on?

Very strange, I get WhatsApp alerts showing up on my Versa but not Apple Messages. Looks to me like an issue with the new iOS. It’s definitely on Fitbit to fix this and make the app compatible with the new upgrade. 

 Amazing that this wasn’t tested and sorted out in beta by Fitbit. Come on!

There is now iOS 13.1. Personally I don’t think it’s fitbit or apple’s fault. It is getting worked out though.

I don't have an.Iphone and i'm having issues with getting notifications. I have a Samsung  Galaxy S7.  Any idea why? TIA

No I’m still frustrated as ever. Hope fit bit comes out with an update soon. Feeling like I’ve wasted my money on my Fitbit .

Yup absolutely ridiculous, getting all notifications except texts!! Shoulda went with an Apple Watch

Nope...not fixed yet.  I'm getting call notifications as well, but no text notifications. And....I have an android. I don't know why the title of the post says ios.

Having the same issue here. I read something in another thread that, although not ideal, is working for me. Turn on 'text previews' in Settings > Notifications > Messages. Not as private as I would really like but it's working for now.
