Unable to receive notifications.

For some reason, within the last 24 hours or so, I have not been receiving text or call notifications from my iPhone. It has worked for the last seven and a half months since I have had it and for some reason just decided to crap out sometime last night/this morning. I have done all of the troubleshoot steps listed in any information on the website, but it still isn't working. Has anyone had a similar problem? Can anyone help fix it? I'm on with customer support but would love advice from someone who has had to deal with it if I can get it.

Which tracker are you currently using? If you have a Charge 2 or a Blaze, please make sure the tracker is not currently on the 'do not disturb mode'. To check this:

 

On a Charge 2, press the button on the side for 2 seconds while on the clock face, a vibration and a message on the screen will let you know if notifications have been turned on or off. 

 

On the Blaze, please swipe down the screen while on the clock face, in here you can tap ON or OFF to enable or disable notifications.
