Fitbit flex 2 is not syncing.

My fitbit flex 2 wont sync to my iphone (ios 10.32). I charged it the whole night and yet there is only one bar. When I try to update tracker on the fit bit app in iphone it kicks me out.

If your Flex 2 doesn't seem to be syncing with your iPhone, I would like to suggest you to update the Fitbit app (as we have just released a new version) and try to sync your tracker again. If that doesn't seem to work, please try the following:

 

  • Restart your Flex 2.
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds, then turn it back on. 
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the syncing process and try to sync again. 

In case these steps don't do the trick, let's add your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between the Flex 2 and your phone. Don't worry, this won't delete any of the information already stored in your account. 

 

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
