Unable to receive notifications

I am having the same problem as other people with the notifications, not opening & the red dot is always there. I have tried what people have suggested but still the notifications won't open. Please try and resolve the bugs in the app.

If possible, please send me a screenshot of your concern for a better understanding, you can refer to this post to do so.
