I updated my Iphone6s to iOS 11.0.2 and I no longer receive text notifications on my Blaze.

Any suggestions??   Verizon is my cell provider.

Thank you

Hello @tiggersgirl67, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Which tracker are you currently using? Have you restarted it yet? If so, my best recommendation would be resetting Notifications through the Fitbit app. To reset them please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Open the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Your tracker > Notifications.
  4. Enable them again and tap on OK when you're asked to pair the phone and the tracker.

Additionally, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and check that the following is enabled:NuNotificationSettings.jpg

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink

Followed all the steps and it’s still not working.

The only notifications I’m not getting are text... and my settings are set to accept text notifications
