Unable to receive text notifications.

I have the Alta.. I cannot get the text messages to display on my Fitbit. On the app it's set for notifications , my iPhone settings are correct... I don't get it.i logged out deleted restarted everything and still not working.. any ideas?

Thanks for letting me know about this issue. Our engineers are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please try to reset Notifications on your Alta by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your Alta is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app, tap on Account > Alta > Notifications and enable them once again.
