Charge2 not syncing with my iPad

New to Fitbit. Added my charge 2 to my iPad on Wednesday, synced itself to iPad yesterday and has not synced since.  Can't force a sync as I can't find the sync now I've heard mentioned. Any suggestions please?

Welcome to the forum, @Nettenoo! Nice to see you. To find Sync Now, please do the following in the IOS Fitbit app: 

  1. Tap the little icon at the top right that looks like a file card. IMG_0249.JPG
  2. Tap Charge 2.
  3. Scroll down to Sync Now. 

On a side note, on that same screen, you will see an option for All DaySync. If you set that to On, then every time you open the Fitbit app, your Charge 2 will automatically sync.

Thanks for your help Carol. I don't seem to have that icon on my dashboard, I've searched everywhere for it and also the sync now and all day sync options, but can't find them. Might go for the usual switch off switch on IT option and see how that goes.
