Unable to receive weekly reports / Connect to friends.

Since upgrading to charge 2 I am not getting weekly progress reports or connecting to friends

If you haven't received your weekly progress report, please check the following:

  1. Verify that you have opted in to these emails by going to your Notification Settings on the online Dashboard.
  2. If you have opted in, please check your email's spam folder and spam filter settings.

Now, about your friends, what kind of interaction are you trying? Messaging, cheering or participating in challenges?

I receive weekly progress reports, my wife stopped receiving them.  We checked between her computer and mine and all settings are the same. We did as suggested in this thread and found no problems or obvious solutions.  Is there anything else?  We were using the Zip, and recently upgraded to the Flex 2, but she stopped receiving reports before the upgrade.  Any help would be appreciated by me, if you catch my drift.  Thanks

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If your wife has already gone to the Notification Settings on the online Dashboard and the box under Weekly Summary Weekly is already checked, please un-check it, then click on SAVE. Check it again and click on SAVE again. Additionally, ask her to please check the email's spam folder and spam filter settings.

 

Please remember that weekly progress reports collect data from Monday through Sunday and might arrive until Tuesday.
