Have the Charge 3 syncing, removed three of the exercise shortcuts via the iOS app, added two others. I click done, and back, click sync and the shortcuts I changed do not show on the Charge 3 exercise screen and when I go back to exercise shortcuts on iOS they are back to the defaults.
The Charge 3 is 80% charged and syncing fine, version 20001.31.85, iOS app is v 2.80 (794).
Any thoughts?

Marco G. Your suggestions sound great in theory but are totally ineffective in practice. Having read the comments in this forum, it is clear to me that what we have here is a crap product. It just does not work. Are you a fitbit employee? Perhaps Fitbit the company needs to make a comment.

Keep us posted on how you fare with the Garmin. I have now had the Fitbit Charge 3 replacement for just over a week. Syncing is working but is a temperamental. Have to give a few goes before "looking for device" turns to syncing. Clearly from all the comments on this site, the product is rubbish.

my Fitbit Charge 3 stopped syncing over 24 hours ago.
I had this problem once before, but within hours it fixed itself.
any other suggestions?

Tried all of this deleting the app reinstalling it. Turning phone off, resetting Fitbit. Nothing works. I've a Huawei phone and iPad works on neither now. Am fuming new Fitbit 😡😡
