Unable to search foods in the app.

Hi, 

 

i am unable to search any food on the app. When I tap the food icon, nothing appears. Can someone guide me to fix this as I would love to be able to log my food intake. I have an iPhone 7.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Tell me, since when have you experienced this situation? Have you updated the Fitbit app recently? Have you restarted your phone recently? If so, it's possible the app is not showing correctly the information in which case I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  • Force-quit the app by double tapping the home button on your phone, then swipe up the app. Open the app again and check if information is showing when tapping the Food tile. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone, log back in and check the Food tile. 

If the app is still not showing anything when you tap on it, please take a screenshot and reply to me with so I can check this further.
