Hi @Red-Vein! Glad you found us here in the iOS forum. Here is where I find my friend requests.

  • Tap Notifications at the bottom, right of the app.
  • Then select Messages.
  • My friend requests show up there.

If yours do not, please post a screen shot so we may see how yours is different. We can trouble shoot from there.

Hello @Red-Vein, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community. It's great to see you too @SunsetRunner, thanks for all your help. Smiley Happy

@Red-Vein, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. If you have followed @SunsetRunner suggestions and are still unable to see your friend requests, please go to the online Dashboard and click on the Notifications icon.

When you click on the Notifications icon, you should be able to see your friend requests.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.

😱 I'm not that stupid so I do not know these steps  I'm telling you that I can not see who  a request friends through the app and I do not have anything in the Notifications

UPDATE:

Do I have to go to the dashboard every time I can see who has request friends ?  ,,, I started to get upset a lot of mistakes in your app and this will make me abandon the acquisition of any new product for you

I hope you can solve the problem I have been experiencing for more than two months. I can not add new friends. I can not see who made friendship requests through the application.
