Hi, i used ChargeHR and a Charge2 for years, but, for some feature-related reasons, i switched to Apple Watch.
I really miss the Fitbit ecosystems, the dashboard, the sleep monitor.. but i could not switch back 😞
My last Charge2 day was in october, and thats how much my data is old. Now when i open the fitbit app i can see my FitBit Aria data but nothing related to my old Charge2, exercises, sleep. Is there any way to display those data from the app right now?
Thank you!

@AlexanderPD I haven't been in your situation, but am intrigued by your experience. From my dashboard, I can tap on my sleep or exercise tile and scroll way back in time. Also, your dashboard should have recorded a baseline calorie burn. You should be able to see this if you go back in time one day at a time from the dashboard.
I hope this doesn't sound silly, but are your Charge 2 and Aria on the same email account? Also, have you looked at your account on your web dashboard? You can bring up activities from a defined time period on the web interface.
What do you see if you tap on your sleep tile or your exercise tile? Could you post a screen shot from one or both of those tiles?

Hi and thank you for your answer!
I can tap on "Track exercise" and check my old training sessions (thank you, i was stupid to not tap that).. but i don't have anything sleep related, its missing from the edit or the plus button too
Aaaaand, yup, charge2 tracked the data in the same account. That charge2 is now associated to another account but i just want to check my old sleep data 🙂
I cannot check sleep data in web dashboard too, there is no button at all

Hello @AlexanderPD, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. Thanks for all your help @LZeeW, I hope you're having a great day.
@AlexanderPD, thanks for bringing this to my attention. Please note that if your tracker was removed from your account, many tiles related to it, sleep included, will not show up in the Fitbit app. If you would like to check your previous sleep logs, please go to the online Dashboard, then click on Log (1) and then on Sleep (2).
You will be able to see your sleep logs even if you don't currently have a tracker linked to your account.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
