Your fitbit should reset the time whenever it syncs with your phone or computer and will take into account the timezone in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

ok, once it starts syncing the time will sort itself out.
Have you been through the setup process yet? If not, this is how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873/
If you have and it's just stopped syncing then I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:
