Hi
I've just got a new Fitbit charge2 and it won't pair to my iPhone5. It gives me the 4 digit number but just says connecting to Fitbit. When I checked my Bluetooth settings it kept connecting then disconnecting. Now it won't connect. This is very frustrating as its brand new. Any help would be most appreciated.
Heath

Hi there @Heath48, thanks for joining us, it's always great to welcome new members to the Fitbit Community. It's nice to see you too @ACG, thanks for all your help.
@Heath48, I appreciate you have reported this situation to us, at this moment, if you have already checked the information provided by @ACG I would like to suggest you the following troubleshooting steps:
- Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal and that there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
- Restart your Charge 2.
- If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet and try to set up again.
- If you can't set up after the reboot, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet and try to set up the Charge 2 one more time.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
