I have iPhone 8 Plus and my Fitbit will not pair to my phone.  I have latest IOS11.4.1 and have powered off both my phone and Fitbit.  I get as far as entering the four digit number to my phone and then an error message pops up. “ error HTTP 500”

Can someone help me, please🙏🏼

Hello @Mdgarcua5, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @ACG, thanks for your help. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have reported this to us. Tell me, are you trying to set up your Charge 2 on a new account or an existent one? If this is a new account, the account where the Charge 2 was set up has been recently deleted? If so, please wait from 24 to 48 to try to set it up again.  If you're setting up on an existing account, please turn off your WiFi and try to set up your tracker using your cellular data.

Additionally, please check the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
  3. Restart your Charge 2.
  4. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet and try to set up again.
  5. If you can't set up after the reboot, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet and try to set up the Charge 2 one more time.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted.
