Hi
I have an iPhone 5s.
Fitbit charge2 that was a family members. They Ave given it to me.
They removed the device from their account on the app.
I have downloaded the app gone through set up and the app can not find the charge2.
i have updated phone software & reset phone and reset charge2
turn BTooth off and on
still no joy. Just hangs on “Searching”.
Any oter ideas

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience wtih us. Please note that it's possible that your Charge 2 still has a Bluetooth link with the previous phone it was paired to. If possible, please ask the person who give to you the Charge 2 to go to the Bluetooth settings on their phone and check if the tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. After that, try to set it up once again.
If after trying this, your Charge 2 is still having trouble setting up, please check the following:
