Hi, just bought a brand new charge 2. My iPhone 7 is upto sate with all its upgrades. My blue tooth is on, and I have only my Fitbit on there. However when you add the code it’s just on a connecting screen..... been trying for the last two hours. Any ideas would be brilliant.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for letting me know you've been trying to set up your tracker already. At this moment I would like to ask you to follow these steps:
Then, please try to set up your tracker again:
In case the setup process gets stuck after you input the 4-digit code, please force-quit the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swipe up the app. Then, try to set up the tracker again.
