Unable to set up Charge hr2

Got the charge hr2 and can't sync to either phone. LG5 and iPhone 6s Plus. It just stays at the connecting screen after I put in 4 digit code. Any bit of help would be useful. I hate returning things.

If your Charge 2 is not setting up with your mobile devices, I would to suggest the following steps:

 

  1. Turn off all your mobile devices, except for the one you'd like to use to set up your Charge 2
  2. Restart your tracker and leave it plugged in and charging.
  3. Restart your mobile device.
  4. Turn off the Bluetooth for 15 seconds. 
  5. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  6. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

Please make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the set up process. Give it a try and in case you need anything else, please feel free to reply!
