I can’t get my Flex added to the Fitbit app. It has been charged, and tried many times to get it to connect with no luck. Please advise.

Are you getting any kind of error message when trying to set up your Flex? Have you restarted your phone and updated the app recently? If so, I would like to suggest you the following:
